Holy Cross Annual BBQ Fundraiser will be on Jan. 19, 2018 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.

 (rescheduled from September 15, 2017 due to the devastation of Hurricane Harvey)

at Holy Cross Church (1109 N. Staples) in Corpus Christi. Plates are an $8 donation and will include brisket, sausage, rice, beans, bread, dessert and condiments. 

 ***Anyone who pre-purchased tickets will be honored on the new date. We are asking for your help in any way you can.

Holy Cross Catholic Church continues to have a historical presence in Corpus Christi and the North Side Neighborhoods that many people are not aware of.  For over hundred years (established in 1914) we have provided spiritual care and practical assistance to our parish community. Holy Cross was a church that was originally created and designed by St. Katharine Drexel for Blacks only, but has grown to be a church with a diverse congregation.  A congregation that continues to invite and support all community members regardless of their social or cultural background. 
 
In order to meet our mission and to accomplish our goals we rely on the generosity of individuals and businesses for support.  With the help from our community we are hoping to raise $10,000 + for much needed repairs around the church and church grounds.
